A return to Intentions

These are experiments. I regularily conduct them in my studio. I have just recently begun to share them more widely. This post marks a return to some of the intentions of this space. I often draw upon dreams in my work. These are just the begining.

Florida but without the manatees

I just got back from Florida and it was pretty sweet. 85 and sunny the whole time. Dolphins, trees, living things, fish and plenty of sand, but not a manatee in sight. Meanwhile a merciless blizzard had its way with Minneapolis, dumping tons of snow on its unsuspecting inhabitants. Im pretty sure that the blizzard gave everyone here a whopping dose of seasonal affective disorder. At any rate, the snow is going away, I have a tan for the first time in about 7 months and soon it will even be warm enough to go for a walk. Hooray for Spring!
Back to florida; It has some cheeseyness about it. The images I am posting from a test this winter remind me of Florida a bit. Either that or 70s porn. They might as well be the same thing.
